Step 1
Your farm
Add each crop once with the total acres you want considered. Empty until you enter them — this is not a sample farm.
Estimates only — actual rebates are set by each manufacturer using official program terms and retailer-submitted purchase data. Headland is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by BASF, Corteva, Syngenta, FMC, Nufarm, or Bayer; all program names and trademarks belong to their owners. Suggestions are made at the crop level — always confirm a product fits your variety and herbicide-trait system, the label, timing, and your resistance plan before buying. Each program links to its official 2026 terms under “Program details” above; confirm every figure there and with your retailer before relying on it.

What counts toward your rebate

The fine print, translated. Programs count eligible purchases — the right products, bought in the program year, at suggested retail price. Minimums come in three flavours: spend floors (FMC’s $5,000, BASF’s $20,000 SRP), acre gates (300 acres per segment for Bayer, 160 acres for Nufarm), and segment rules that reward buying across product groups instead of loading up on one.

Miss a gate and the whole tier can slip a level — which is exactly why it pays to check before you buy, not after.

Deadlines for the 2026 season

Every program sets its own enrolment and purchase deadlines, and they move year to year. Two worth circling: Bayer’s Incredible Offer needs 1,000 acres booked by March 13, and Corteva’s biological rates need booking by March 15. For the rest, the program terms pages linked above carry the dates — check those pages before you buy.

Common questions

The questions farmers actually ask about input rebates, answered plainly.

Do I have to register for each rebate program separately?

Many programs ask you to enrol — usually before the season, sometimes through your retailer. The program terms pages below spell out what each one needs, so check the dates on those pages.

When do farm input rebates actually get paid?

After the program year closes and your purchases are verified. Each manufacturer runs its own timeline — the program terms pages below link the full 2026 terms with the current details.

What's the minimum purchase to qualify?

It varies by program. BASF Ag Rewards loyalty starts at a $20,000 SRP floor across two segments; FMC CashBack starts at $5,000; Nufarm's Nufarmer Nation pays from a $200 minimum with a 160-acre qualifier; Bayer's segment savings start at 300 acres per segment. The calculator applies each program's real thresholds.

Do rebates stack if I buy from more than one company?

Each manufacturer's program is separate, so yes — buying BASF and FMC can earn from both. That's exactly what the calculator adds up: every program, one total.

What do “segments” mean in BASF Ag Rewards?

Product groups — seed treatments, herbicides, fungicides, and so on. The loyalty reward pays more when you buy across two or more segments with minimum acres in each, which is why spreading purchases can beat loading up on one product line.

Is the rebate figured on list price or what I actually paid?

Programs pay on the manufacturer's suggested retail price (SRP) or the manufacturer's price list. A price you type in is your quote, so the estimate can differ from the cheque. A blank price is a catalog average, not SRP.
